Delivery time: We work with PostNL to ensure that your order is delivered to your home as soon and as safe as possible. Please note that in some cases there may be delays beyond our control. We will always inform you of this.

Shipping costs: Good news! We offer free shipping for all orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. For other countries we have a small additional fee which you will be able to see at checkout.

Delivery and tracking: All shipments are sent via PostNL. All countries excluding the Netherlands come with a track-and-trace code. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and instructions to track your package.

Returns: We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied or there is a problem with the product, we offer a 14-day return policy.
